It took me some time to actually post this, as I saw your spawn and I was like "I can't build that good." Haha. But I decided to do it anyway.

2.What timezone and when (in UTC -5:00 time) you could build: CT, and at the moment I can build from 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM. Once school starts it will have to be from 3:30 - 3:45 PM to 9:00 PM. On some days, 5:45 PM to 9:30 PM.
