When you say worked in-game I'm going to asume that your secret keys are working correctly and votifier is receiving votes.
I believe you need to put the exact service name into the title of the reward.
When a player votes, do you see anything in the console? like this:
[Server] INFO Vote received on PlanetMinecraft.com for {playername}
As you can see, it tells you the name of the service its receiving the vote from, this NEEDS to be the title of the reward in the GAL config. Here is the planetminecraft section in my GAL config:
PlanetMinecraft.com:
broadcast: '&e&l> &f&o{username} Has Voted &e&l<'
playermessage: ''
commands:
- '/cr givekey {username} voting 1'
"PlanetMinecraft.com" is matching the service name that we saw in config earlier, which means the server can associate the two and apply rewards to the designated player.
The solution to this would be:
1. Vote on "MC-Index" and check your console IMMEDIATELY there should be a message stating you received a vote.
2. Check that the service name matches the name you have in the GAL config
3. If they do not, change them to match.
If you're still getting this error, get a hold of me on PMC and ill look into this further with you (:
