    Try Chromobyte its super cheap you can get your server hosted in UK or US they are VERY helpful the ticket response's are almost instant and there is no-lag.

    Just go into the essentials config and keep scrolling down you will see that it says something about teleport warm up change that to 5 instead of 0

    Other: I have been playing minecraft for 1.5 years and have lots of experience with plugins and commands and i always like helping out.
