Why do you want this position: After playing for a long while, I began to get really burnt out of Minecraft. The server I was most active on during this time also took quite the tumble, so now I'm looking for a server to be an admin on to reel me back into playing Minecraft again.
How can you help the server: I consider myself to be very fair when it comes to rulings, but I would not hesitate making harsh punishments if it has been earned. I consider myself to be a friendly person, someone who genuinely enjoys helping others.
What experience do you have: Being an admin/moderator on multiple servers.
Have you ever been banned on a server: If you want to get technical, yes I have been. Afterwards it was cleared up to be a misunderstanding, so it doesn't really count.
How often can you be on: Multiple hours a day.
How many hours can you be on on the days you can be on: More than a few usually, but it depends on the day entirely.
Why should I accept you: I think I have a lot to offer. I've been incredibly committed to the servers I've been a part of in the past. I can be a great admin when I need to be, but I'm still able to have fun as well. I also enjoy being a friendly person, so I think that players would have no issue asking me for help when they need it.
What would you do if someone were griefing(In an area it is not allowed): Ban them after a warning and obtaining evidence. I don't think that people who destroy the work of others have a place in close-knit communities.
What would you do if someone were stealing(In an area it is not allowed): If it was clear/I had evidence that they were stealing then I would give them a warning. If they continued and were continuing to be destructive, I'd warn them that their inventory would be cleared. After that, I'd give them a temporary ban and clear their inventory, as well as replace what was lost. If they came back and continued, then they earned themselves a permanent ban.
What would you do if a donator was abusing his/her powers: Warn them. If they continued, then I'd kick them. Continued offenses would result in a temporary ban, yet if they really can't stop, then demote them.
What would you do if someone were breaking a rule: I would start by asking them to stop. It depends on what it is, though.
Would you give a donator more chances/better treatment than a normal player in a situation that they were breaking a rule: Of course not. I don't think that supporting a server out of kindness should earn someone better treatment. I always make sure to treat every player equally, regardless of the situation at hand.
What would you do if a staff member were griefing(In an area it is not allowed): I don't think that there is ever a proper reason to grief someone, so I wouldn't hesitate to give them a ban and report them to someone above me.
What would you do if a staff member were stealing(In an area it is not allowed): If they were clearly stealing, then I'd let any owners know if they were available. If there was no distinct and justifiable reason as to why they were taking anything then I'd probably end up giving them a ban until someone above me could take care of it. If the person was above me, then all I'd really be able to do is report it to someone else of a higher rank and return the person's items.
What would you do if a staff member were abusing their powers: Considering we'd be of the same rank (unless I'm a head admin) then I'd promptly contact the server owner(s) to let them know. If it was a serious offense, I'd probably take matters into my own hands for the time being. That would probably consist of giving them a ban or demoting them so they just couldn't any longer. After that, I'd leave it up to the owner(s) to make any final decisions.
