experience, have you been a admin before? are you good with server commands?

kindness and patience, there are really really really annoying players out there, are you just going to ban them? or help them?
First I would give them help/and or a warning. Then if it gets too excisive I would ban them.
active, you must be active on the server, I cant hire a admin who only comes on once every 2 months....
