It's good sign that you saw the build. That most likely means you don't save it properly... Does mcedit gives you warning about unsaved progress when you exit?

You should import it in your world like i mentioned above - then move it around if it's needed, then click import or hit enter, then when it's done copying chunks click Ctrl + S to save all and you can close mcedit (Esc >exit) If you follow these steps then you should succesfuly paste this build in your world...

Unfortunately i don't use teamviewer but if you really cannot figure it out i can past it in minecraft world (save game) and send it to you (of course if it's not specific world) and then only thing for you is to unzip it and palace in your.minecraft saves folder

Yes .schematic is only one file. (it's kind of a model/build file it's not map or save game). Basically if you already have mcedit you can easily import it directly into your minecraft save game. Open a minecraft save game in McEdit and click import then find this .schematic file and import it, then Ctrl+s to save it and you are done. Launch minecraft and build will be there in your minecraft world. If you really cannot figure it out (i suggest to watch some tutorials on how to import schematic with McEdit) then send me pm and i can paste it for you...

If i understand your problem correctly then there is no need to pay because it's very simple. So you have downloaded .schematic file and want to get it on your server...or single player world? Is that correct?

Your idea is interesting but unfortunately i have to say no...because most of my builds takes a lot more than 2 hours and are being built quite a long time (i mean i can start build but if i feel that i need to start a new project then i can leave build unfinished for a long time until i have inspiration again to continue that previous build)

Thanks Yes... I should probably correct that 'small'...small is area where people can spawn...building dimensions are more like x100, y150, z150

I don't really like to build custom builds for servers. I have built for like...7-10 servers but at the moment i want to focus more on my own projects
