List your experience as a Community Manager: I have no experiences of being community manager. That rank is a rank that I don't see daily.
Why should we choose you?: I am a 15 year old website developer from North Miami Beach, Florida. In my free time I play soccer and football. I have a amazing ability to identify those in need. I have this website that I go on for school, and I won a iPad from helping people out on the site. Although this may seem like a lie, it is true. I have demonstrated my ability and love to help on many occasions. I am very smart, and I have a compelling ability to help those in need. You are probably wondering what I have for experience. Well I have been staff on many servers, I am not going to simply list them all. I am really looking for a server to dedicate myself into. A server that I can help people out, so this way they may follow in my footsteps. For a long time I have had people ask me, "Is being a Staff Member hard?", my reply is my quote that I use for life. This is my own quote that I use in daily life is "Nothing is hard if you know what you are doing." And I have used that quote for a long time now. Therefore I will list some reasons of why I think I deserve Community Manager:
> Maturity
Along with having helped people most of my life, I believe I am very mature. I make sure that whenever I make any major decisions I check with the person in charge to make sure they approve. If you don't get permission, then your decision could be denied. I do not cuss, and if you talk to me on Skype, you will find out that I also don't cuss. My motto is that cussing is profanity. And Profanity is a way we see to perhaps get rid of stress or anger. I have gained maturity over time after learning from experience what is appropriate and what is not. I believe I react in the proper way whenever someone has a problem they need solved so I make sure the problem is solved with no extra, unneeded conflicts.
> Responsibility
Responsibility is a very huge key in life, you must have it. If you screw up, you must be able to take responsibility for it. Like Uncle Ben said in Spider Man, "With great power comes great responsibility." This is very much a quote to live by when it comes to responsibility. If I screw up and nobody knows, I have to say, "Hey I did this.", And accept the consequence as it is. If I screw up and nobody knows who it is, someone else could end up being punished for my actions, I do not believe this is morally right, and it is not right at all. If someone is hacking, I do the following, no-matter what:
1. Alert the Owner[ this is where maturity comes into play]
2. File a report for the hacker[ the reason for this is because i want to alert others on the server ]
3. Punish the hacker accordingly[ again, maturity ]
Responsibility is not something you have because you are Community Manager, it's a personality trait. Lots of people have it, lots of people don't. You have to be responsible for your actions, even if you didn't do it, when nobody takes responsibility for it.
> Activity
I am very active on the computer as much as I can. I love playing minecraft among other games. I believe that it has lead me to my love of coding and helping as well. My parents are separated so I create this "chart" for the times I may or may not be on.
Monday: 5 hours+[mom's day]
Tuesday: 5 hours+[mom's day]
Wednesday: 30 minutes+[dad's day]
Thursday: 5 hours+[mom's day]
Friday: 1 hour+[depending on the weekend]
Saturday: Now for Saturday, I will alert you if I am not going to be on the server that day, or not.
Sunday: 1 hour+[split(mom+dad's day)]
My mom and dad are separated, so I will alert you before hand if I will be on the weekend or not.
