5) Position/Rank Applying For: Depends on what you need or what is taken already, though I would enjoy staff management, admin, moderator, I'm pretty much flexible.
6) Why Should You Have This Rank: I've been looking for a new server with a serious owner for a long while now. Most people don't know much about what they're doing or how to create a successful server, although you guys seem promising so I decided to give it a shot. I'd say I am pretty qualified to be a member of the team on this server based on my previous experience which I will get into in question 8. I feel that I will try to help the server get up and going to my best ability, as I am quite dedicated to anything that I start.
7) How Long Have You Played Minecraft: I've been playing Minecraft since probably 2013, as most people have. There was a good 3-6 months that I took a break, though I would love to get back involved with a community such as this one.
8) Previous Experience: I have a pretty good amount of experience with servers. I have owned a few of my own, which were decently successful, though there were various reasons I had to close them down. My main experience with a server/business was with the popular server Mineplex. I was staff on Mineplex for 8 months. When you apply, you start as what they call a Helper, or now they call it a Trainee. At that point, you go through a two month trial. At the end of your trial, you have to take an End of Trial test to see if you pass on to Moderator, and I passed. During your trial, you have something called a Mentor. This is a person on the Senior Moderator 'team' called Helper Management. Much like staff management here, I assume. This mentor is kind of like your teacher for those two months, and they help you study for your test and decide partially whether or not you are promoted or demoted. So, as I said, I ended up passing and going on to Moderator. At this point, you have a mod mentor who is a bit less involved than the Helper mentors, so you are pretty independent. During the time that you are a moderator, you can apply for what they call a Sr. Mod 'Team'. A Senior Moderator is a moderator that is on one of these said teams. I ended up applying for various teams, like Reports patrol (answering reports on the forums), Helper Management (being a mentor), etc. Eventually they came out with teams you could be on as a moderator, for example, TMA (Trainee Management Assistant). I applied for this and got accepted. So for a few months I assisted a mentor which was a lot of fun, but also a lot of work. The whole experience at Mineplex really put servers into a different perspective, and really impressed me based on how organized their staff team was. That has a lot to do with why the server is so popular, the staff are trained vigorously. Anyways, eventually a spot opened up to be a full time mentor, and I took it. I mentored my own trainees for a few months, then I had to leave for various reasons. It was overall an excellent experience, especially in the early stages. Though there was some favoritism/corruption, various incidents, etc. that lead to me having to leave the team. All in all, I feel like I learned a ton from that experience and I'm pretty proud to say I was a staff member on the largest server in the world.

- I tend to take on too many tasks at one time at times, and become stressed out.
11) Do you prefer to work as a Team or Solo: In my personal opinion, team efforts work out the best as long as everyone gets along. With a team, you can do things faster, more efficiently, and better than one might do when working alone. If needed though, I would be happy to work solo on things.
