how would u handle a griefer?-Give warnings then ban

why do you want to be admin? (we need at least 6-8 sentences)-I love free build servers and want to be able to have full building rights. I also would like to take a stand against griefers and other Minecraft "crimes".I don't think it's fair others have to suffer over one person's doing. I get annoyed by spammers and trolls and would watch over the chat. I would be able to help the other builders with id codes for spawning items and other things they might need hep with.
