Past Experiences: I was staff and I applied on a lot of servers. I have PermissionsEX, WorldGuard and many plugin configuration/managing experience.

Why do you deserve this: I'm very good at catching hackers, will be able to record proof, I'm a friendly, talkative, helpful, and active person. I really love applying to new servers to help them grow.

What role are you looking to apply for: Developer (I can configure, and manage plugins ingame.), Admin or Mod (I have a lot of staff experience.)

What would be the benefits of you being a staff member [100 words min.]?: I am a helpful, mature, talkative and active person. I have experience of moderating a community, helping someone moderate it and more. I really love Minecraft and love applying at new servers to help them grow. Already been staff on over 10 servers, even more. I am not sure. I am very good at catching hackers (which is not needed on Creative but if this turns in a hub that would be needed). I am very creative, I can suggest a lot of things and make the server better, I love new servers. Expect me being a very good staff member.

Someone is spamming, what would you do? I would warn him, then mute him for 1 or more hours.

Define what a good staff member is: A staff member which helps the owner, suggests, the active one, the mature one, helpful one.

Previous Experience: I was staff at a lot of servers, they liked me of course. I know to manage plugins ingame and configure the configs, make cool messages and stuff.
How much will you be able to be online a day: 2 to 3 hours.
How different are you than other applicants: I am helpful, mature, active, talkative. I am ready to help and I can introduce the server to all the new members. I can catch a hacker, and I have moderating experience already 1 year.
How mature you think you are (from 1 to 10): 9

--- Some Scenarios I've through of ---
What would you do if a player bullies another player: Warn him, if he doesn't stop I would mute him in total of 1 day time.
What would you do if you find a hacker: Record (if neccessarily) and ban his IP permemently (so he cannot join from a alt). If he appeals I would show the proof I recorded.
What would you do if player reports a person for hacking: Teleport to him in vanish (if possible) and check if he's really hacking. If he is, I would banIP him.
A player spams other server IP and advertising, what would you do: Mute him. He's mostly a random person joining random servers and advertising his own or someone's.
A player threats another player, he will dDOS him. What would you do: I would ban him for Ban Evanding.
Player reported a player for nothing, "he was kidding" what would you do: Nothing. Ignore him.

Skills: Building pretty good, i can help with the plugins/builds, decent at WorldEdit, I can help server grow because I have a lot of mod/admin skills. I can build PvP maps good, if the server adds Practice i can build maps, and be very active on the server (every server I find out i'll be active as much I can).

How Long Have You Been Doing What You Do:I'm working on servers almost a year, being a staff and owning them, I have a lot of experience and i know the staff limits... you won't regret if you pick me.
