Minecraft/Servers NEED STAFF

Yes I can build, as to the picture im not sure how to send one, but I could prove my skills in game
I am skilled on how to use many plugins, such as world edit(//set, replace,...)how to place a safe zone(idk if u count this as a plugin,), IK all basic plugins and many others.
How long im on: 1-5 hours a day, sometimes more
MY skills: My skills are very good, I created a amazing glow stone house with a laboratory roller-coaster, pool, And even a approximate 30-minute parkour course. Sadly I lost this world one day. My brother also made a gigantic castle in the length of about 1 and a half days without using world edit. I have also once created an entire TDM arena.
How i would help this server: I would Welcome new players like they were my best friend. I will stop hackers, griefers, and offensive comments. I would help build up the server and listen to direct commands from other staff.

Maturity: out of 10, is 9 you always have to laugh to make great friends and allies.

Skills:out of 10, is 10 I created a giant house and parkour course around it. It took me about a day. My brother also created a giant castle which took him about the same amount of time

Expirence: i have been staff on 5 other servers and have received many positive comments.

ihave been playing minecraft for about 3 years.

Why i should be picked: I would obey the rules and ban/kick anyone who decides not to.

To be staff on 5 diffrent servers i mst be trusted, i have never been banned, and i am a loyal,trusted,kind member. i will help guide anyone through the world and i will definitly anwerser all their questions.i love to build and help everyone! I make great friends with everyone! I would also obey commands from other fellow staff.

I will not break the rules and i will ban/kick anyone who disagrees with them. i will stop greifers in there tracks too.

So plz let me,lilly4lilly, adventure through the ups in downs of making a server. I'd love to join you in this wonderful expirence
