5, I have lots of experience being staff, I have owned many servers including a network that I still own now.
6, I didn't want to choose something like Head-Admin because a lot of people will want the highest rank and I want to give people a chance.
7, I can be friendly to people, but also punish them if they need it. If someone if threating to hack (it happens to me a lot) I will kick them, if they come back and do it again, maybe a temp or permanent ban, depending on what they're hacking and if they can.
8, I can benefit to the server by upkeeping the rules and server 'values' like telling people the rules if they break them and punishing within reason, not complaining, and being kind to other staff and players by helping them.
9. The answer is the same as Number 7 and 8, being friendly, punishing people if they need punishing and helping others.
