Mediocre build. Although if you actually knew what parts they were...

For the sake of completing this "build", Let us throw in a real GTX 690 video card.
Video Card: ASUS GTX690-4GD5 GeForce GTX 690 4GB 512-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

If you put all of this together, you spent (not including tax and/or shipping):
CPU = $214.99
Motherboard = $109.99
RAM = $63.99
Hard Drive = $99.99
Video Card = $999.99
Case = $59.99
Power Supply = $39.99
Optical Drive = $19.99
Windows OS = roughly $69.99
TOTAL: $1678.91 USD

If you truly did build this, It would be a very very tiny motherboard in a mid sized tower with an unpowered video card. The CPU alone needs atleast 77W and the GTX 6xx series cards need somewhere around 300W-400W. 375W + 77W = 452W. This would mean your power supply would crap out as it is cheaply made and doesn't even have enough power to supply your setup. You also stated that your CPU operating frequency was 5.1GHz. Totally made up as overclocking a locked CPU on a limited motherboard with a stock Heatsink/Fan wouldn't be possible and will have a 99% chance of damaging your CPU tremendously. Don't believe me?
