Why we should trust you:Well to be honest you really shouldn't trust me. You have only just met me so it could be a bad decision to trust someone you have just met right? Well I have an ideology about that. See I believe that when you first meet someone you should trust them. Well have they done anything to abuse your trust or seem untrustworthy? No, course not you've only just met them. So I think you should trust someone until proven untrustworthy. That is why you should trust me.
What do you have to offer to this network. Umm, Mainly experience. I've been working with servers for years. I am quite mature at times (kinda). Jeez Bloody hate this question. Well what can you bring to this server really? A friendly personality? I can bring that. Cup of coffee? How many sugars?. See what I mean. The question is a tricky one but still appropriate. I can bring few things to the server. #1: An optimistic attitude. #2: Past server experience. #3: Friendly advice if needed. I seem to like helping people with whatever problems they have so if you are ever having problems you know who you can come to.
Are you good at handling players: I strongly believe I am. I know that sounds arrogant but to me it's not that hard. See I don't think that maturity really matters a hell of a lot when you're dealing with players. Ya know what I mean? It's how you deal with the situation. At the end of the day you are going to want the least amount of casualties as possible. If you're terrible at handling players that may provoke them into wanting to damage the network/server. So yes even though it sounds arrogant I strongly believe I am good at handling players.
Past experience:Look, I can't really narrow it down to all the servers I have had experience on. That's like asking a obese man to say which doughnut had sprinkles on it from a week before. To tell you the truth ever since I started MineCraft I have been interested in the server side of it. I remember running my own bukkit server and fixing all the problems and what not. Built my experience from the ground up all self taught. So if you're looking for experience I don't think you could find someone more suited for the job.
What server do you want staff on:Look, I'm going to leave that up to you. I trust your judgement skills on this. Just do whichever one you want. I'm cool with it.
