QuestionsWhat is the role of a staff member? The role of a staff member is to help the server in anyway possible. Anything the Owner/other staff team members need, you will do. You listen and also give your own opinion while still having fun and making a healthy community.
How will you assist the server? I would like to apply for a Helper or Mod role on your server, so as a helper/mod I will control the chat and help players with whatever questions they need while also working behind the scenes with the staff team and doing whatever there needs to be done. Im dedicated and hard working and can get through any problem i face.
When a new player joins, what would you do? I would welcome them to the server and direct them to the rules or say if we have any special promotions/deals i would let them know about those as well. Mostly make them feel welcomed.
Why do we need you as a member on our staff team? What do you have to offer? I think having me on the staff team would benefit your server because im really dedicated and i work hard on whatever i need to do. I would help help the server more then anyone else because i have a lot of initiative. I can offer almost anything you throw my way ether it be a build, a chat problem, or a player problem, whatever it may be, im here to help.
What days are you able to play? How active can you be everyday? Well it depends on my homework since im in a older grade, my marks count so if i need to do some homework i will, but i can usually play almost everyday of the week and i can play for about 4 hours each day that i get online.
What reasons would you ban/temporarily ban a player for? BANS- ban evasion, Hacking multiple times, having multiple warnings, disrespect towards player and staff members, TEMP BANS- Swearing, Spam, small hacks(like x-ray), being rude.
What reasons would you mute/temporarily mute a player for? Spam, Swearing, Being rude towards others, Advertising.
What reasons would you kick a player for? To give them a warning about whatever they did, and if they continue i would then mute or ban them.
What experience do you have of moderating servers? Ive helped out a few other servers. Ive been Mod,Helper, and Co-owner
"You come home from school/work and have ton of homework/work to do, you think to yourself I'll just take a 5 minute break before I start and get on. The next thing you know 2 hours have passed and you've been on the server all that time." Does this scenario sound familiar to you? Yes, yes it does. But if i know i have some really important things to do, I wont touch my computer.
