Backstory: Parents are unknown, was born and raised in the School. Scientists became aware of unprogrammed mutating, such as smoke coming out of nose when angered. When Jeb took Max and her flock away, Phoenix escaped with them by picking the lock of her cage. She did not go with them because they were gone by the time she got out.
Appearance: Tall, Long dark brown hair, sun-streaked golden at the tips, Dark, dark blue eyes, (It looks like black but in the sun it's dark aquamarine and has flecks of silver) Wears anything that's comfortable.
Wings: Blue-black at top of wings, turns into light gray speckled with dark gray, then turns white.
