1. Heracles(roman:Hercules).It was his second punishment for killing his own son.Hercules asked help from his nephew and together they burned the stumps of the severed heads of the hydra.This prevented the hydra's heads from regenerating.
2. Perseus(son of Zeus)
3.Medusa was caught with poseidon in athena's temple and was cursed into becoming a monster by athena. She became a monster with snake hair,bat-wings,talons and had the power of turning ppl who looked at her into the eye into stone.Her 2 sisters stayed by her side and together they became the 3 gorgon sisters.
