What can you do for the server?(More than two sentences!) Provide a clean and healthy chat as well as help players with any questions or concerns they have. As a Mod, I can enforce rules in a positive and friendly way. Also, with my large amount of play time, I can be a very big asset to your team.

Why should we pick you? (More than two sentences!) Because I offer things that others can not. My age is well above the required limit, I have high amounts of play time as I do online college and can spend a lot of my time at least watching the chat, and i'm generally a happy and friendly person. With me, you are getting an overqualified Moderator.
Servers you've been banned from and why: Never been banned from any MC server, ever.
What are your duties as a Moderator?: As you said, to greet new players and help them, as well as enforce rules and monitor chat.
What makes you different from other applicants? My large amount of playtime, heart, and dedication.
Are you able to get TeamSpeak? I have it already.

What experience do you have as a Admin?: I have no experience as an admin, or even a moderator for that matter. I was once a servers forum manager, and that is the only staff position I have ever really had. I was pretty good at managing the chat room for the website as well, which will help me live up to your no cursing community.

Have you ever been banned from any other server (if so, why?): No, In fact, I have only been actually playing Minecraft for around 3 weeks now. Honestly, a lot of my "Minecraft career" per say, has been spent on PMC creating blogs and reviewing other peoples projects.

Why do you want to be apart of this server?: I am a 17 year old college student who attends online college through MSJC in California. Most of my time is spent on my computer anyway, meaning I can give around 6-8 hours minimum in playing time to your server. The no curse and friendly community thing is something I can, with out a doubt, respect.

Is there anything else you want us to know about you?: I think it's very cool that your starting a server with your dad. It's like a weird, new day type of way, to bond with a parent. I tried showing Minecraft to my mom once. She had trouble understand the purpose of the sheep, and didn't want to kill the animals for food in fear of hurting them. True Story.

Have you applied for
staff before? Yes, I was a previous servers Forum Manager.

Have you ever been banned before? If so, why? Explain with detail
(and be honest). I have not been banned before. I only started playing Minecraft a few weeks ago.

What qualities do you believe you can bring to the staff team? Well, the reason I am applying for a simple chat mod position, is because I am not quite familiar with in game staff commands. I can contribute 6-8 hours of constant chat observation each day as I do online college and sit on my computer most of the day anyway.

Why do you want to become staff? Honestly, I want to help your server, but I also think it will be a good chance for me to learn how to be an in game staff member.

Tell us why we should consider you over the other applicants. The amount of time and effort I can put in is more than you will see out of any younger member. Not a knock against anyone still living with their parents, but I think my situation and extensive free time gives me an edge.
Do you have any past experience in moderation? As I said before, I have only ever been a forum manager (basically forum Moderator with more responsibility.). However, I was very good at keeping our forums clean of rule violation by our members.

What times are you available to be online, and how many hours per day can you contribute? I stated this already but 6-8 hours each day including weekends. Usually starting at 10 am one day, and going until 3 am the next morning.

Include any upcoming holidays or prior commitments (School, work, college, sports etc) that will make you unavailable over the next few months. I do online school, so that is not an issue. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, I have a part time job as a life guard and so on those days I wont be available between the hours of 2pm and 9pm.

Why do you want to be staff on this server? I spend almost all of my day blogging and doing online college work. The only real commitment I have in my life is being a part time lifeguard. I have so much free time, I might as well contribute those hours to help your server.

A little about yourself: I am a 17 year old college student who just want to be apart of and contribute to a minecraft server. I don't actually play MineCraft too much.
An idea for a fantasy world you came up with: You could try implementing a romance system that gives MC characters certain buffs or exp advantages based on their choice of romance. Say, for example, you have a RP server where there are different classes a player can choose from (Beserker, mage knight, etc.) A knight might romance a mage and, in turn, receives more resistance to magic or whatever. That's where you can get creative.
