WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE YOU?: I have much experience in minecraft, I have been playing since 1.6.6, I have watched the movies, and read 2 books. I have been in many Hunger Games servers, and had much fun. I hope to have a good, and enjoyable time on your server. I hope to make the server enjoyable to others also, and prevent Ethnic/Racial slurs in the community, hackers, and horrific users in general.

Mods on any other servers?:Well, I was selected to be a mod on a few, and i'm previously mods on AvatarCraft, ChickenCraft, and PorkyMC
Would you ban your friend if he was griefing?:It depends to what extent, if you lava bucket the spawn, I would ban, but if he broke 1 block that I could easily fix, I wouldn't ban.

Builder skill:Fairly high, i've been playing since 1.6.6 and inhabited my building skills over time.
Why do you want to be a mod/admin/staff I want to be a staff member to prevent Ethnic/Racial slurs, Sexual abuse, prevention of Hacking, ect. Pretty much everything you would expect a moderator to do.

Did the guy tell you to watch the entire thing, and or watch it at all? If you didn't like it than you should have just left it. The name tells you that he's cutting 384 Trees, so why would you watch it the entire time?

Yes, schools have the right to search lockers, and have the right to obstract their property from them. As on School grounds, it is their property, the student doesn't own it.
