I'm not going to argue with you over the internet. I have people joining my server all the time asking to be staff. So obviously there is people out there who want to do it. If you don't like it then leave the post and stop leaving comments.

Actually I know how. I'm just fed up with people and everything. I know there is a lot of people out there who would like to run servers, they just can't pay for them.

1) Skype with a mic
2) Really good with plugins
3) Really good with permissions
4) Able to create and maintain an enjin website for the server
5) 2 Years Minecraft experience
6) Must be 15+ Years Old
7) Good with creating balanced economies on the server
8) Good with updating the server whenever a new update comes out
9) Good at choosing responsible staff members
10) You must know how to spell and have proper grammar
11) Must be mature!!

why would someone run a server for you?

I dont think you understand what im saying. I OWN the server, i am paying for it already. I just need someone who can run it.

We don't know exactly, its just a waiting game now. Shouldn't be too long though.

It should give you an option to play in offline mode on the minecraft launcher.
