Hey, do you think we have 1000 staff on all the time to fix the mess? And that was just our temp spawn. Tell me which 5 year old can build that. You care about the server for giving your opinion. Thanks!

Proof of experience (if applicable): No proof, but a paragraph.. So, I used to be a Helper on this factions server , It was a really great learning experience and the staff of the server are great, dedicated people. This means that i'm not new to the way the owner runs the server and I'm familiar with everything it takes to become a staff member. The reason i decided to resign the last time i was a staff member is because of the fact that a lot of my friends on the server stopped playing, the holidays came around and I didn't have as much time to play and didn't feel like I would be able to put as much effort into the server as I was doing before. But now I've found a new passion for the server which doesn't involve my friends, or any distractions. With it being as it is I feel I can make new friends, have even more fun and therefore be more dedicated to the job. I hope you would consider taking me back onto the team where I feel safe. I have managed a server before and I know how the servers works and all I have been Co Owner on this server until the owner was being immature and banned me and my friend which were staff members. We were also Head Admin on OP Network. Which got shut down after 2 months. I have much experience in moderating (the server and activities going on). I am knowledgeable of the commands used by a moderator and can solve player issues quite fast, either it be an argument, question or harassment. I am capable of accomplishing these tasks without the use of a command in many cases. I have experienced being moderator on servers. I also have experience running forums, gaming communities, and other sites of the like.
Why should we pick you?: I can make this server be a great server!
What are your current goals for the server?: To grow and expand!

-Age Sadly, I am only 13, But I hope you do not judge me because of my age!
-Skype: I would send it to you by PM if I get accepted!
-Name (In Game and IRL) Piggaroni and Jeff
    -Desired Rank Game Manager!
-Skills I am good with communicating with players and managing serveers!
-What makes you different than other applicants? I would love to keep peace on the server and due to my overall opinions nothing will really phase me as an insult, but I will gladly accept something along the lines of harass and appropriately take the steps in not having it happen again. On-top of this, I will spend a vast amounts of time on the server, so I would be ensuring chat safety in case no other staff are on or are AFK. I have much experience in moderating (chat and activities going on). I am knowledgeable of the commands used by a helper and can solve player issues quite fast, either it be an argument, question or harassment. I am capable of accomplishing these tasks without the use of a command in many cases.
-What you plan on doing for the server? I plan on making the server a fun place! I want to have a conducive environment and keep it child-friendly!

-If a player was being really annoying but not breaking any of the rules, what do you do? : I would verbally warn him, I would tell him to stop, If he still keeps on doing it I would kick him, if he still is disturbing others, I shall mute him.
If a player was hacking what would you do?
Well, I am not going to write out everything, I will just explain what happened, so on this server, this guy was duping items, and running around in the PVP zone with his head up and crits hack and probably KillAura, we decided to troll him, I standed in front of him and he actually tried to punch me, we knew he was using KillAura and so we decided to ban him. The server did not tolerate hackers, #BAN!

What makes a good staff member?:
    1. Communicator: Employers love to hire employees who have the ability to communicate well and express themselves in a clear manner, whether in writing or speaking. Inaccurate/inappropriate communication between employees can cause many problems to the company.

    2. Self-Motivated: A good employee never hesitates of taking responsibility or a more responsible position. She also ready to work beyond the call of duty in order to meet goals or to solve problems, even if the job in discussion is not one of the regular works she is usually assigned.

    3. Hard worker: There is no substitute to hard work. Although everyone seems to say that they work hard not many keep on working after being at the job for a while. So, one has to keep reminding oneself about the importance and significance of working hard as an employee.

    4. Adaptable/decisive and effective learner: Employees who know how to adjust themselves to new environment, willing to learn new things (quick learners) and perform their best in changes are likely to be the best performers in any organization.

    5. Team Player: Many companies consist of teams. Any company requires an effective team effort. An employer who can contribute is an ideal worker. Someone who is like a fish in the water (of the organization), who can perform well in a team will become a factor sooner or later.

    6. Helping others: everyone appreciates a helping hand every now and then. Do not hesitate in helping out others. This make the person establish friendly relations with the coworkers and keeps the office running smoothly which in turn is appreciated by the employers.

    7. Honesty: A good employee is honest about his/her work and qualifications. Self criticism and willing to receive feedback (bad as good) is essential to become a good learner.

    8. Ethical: Work rules are made to be followed. There is decorum of every place that ought to be kept. A good employee follows the policies of the company and inspires others to do so too.

    9. Give credit where it is due: One of the most prevalent practices doing the rounds in offices today is stealing the credit of a job well done. A good employee will not only truthfully let the right co-worker have her credit but also share her own accolades with his team.

    10. Polite: Being friendly and approachable will never harm. a good employee greets her co workers a ‘good morning’, says little courteous things like ‘thank you’ and ‘you are welcome’. These things may appear insignificant but go a long way in establishing the person as favorite employee.

    11. Disciplined and punctual: Every boss loves a punctual, disciplined and conscientious employee. Time is money. Coming late to office, taking unnecessary breaks, procrastinating and leaving earlier than the usual hours cost money to the company. No employer will ever appreciate this.

    12. Avoid gossip: The person should always remember that she came to the office to work, to make a career. Do not spread office gossip or rumors. Respect the privacy of the co workers. Safeguard and protect the confidential nature of office business and transactions.

What three attributes make a good staff member?
Now this is what i think.. Ambitious, Driven or self-motivated, Team Spirit

A person applies for admin. This individual is only 13 years of age. Although he is this young, he makes a good application with lots of details and reasons why he should be picked for the job; although, he is young. As a staff manager, what would be your decision?:

Now i'm also hard when it comes to more young "individual" but when a 13 year old applies for admin and even tho that "individual" made a good long detail application, i'm not ready to give him or think of giving him his rank before i had a long and good interview on ts or skype, as i wanna hear it from him how he talks and answers on my questions and just then i might think about giving that "individual" a admin rank, but it most cases it never gets too that.. Also keep in mind that even tho he has a good application he might as well just copied someone eles

As a staff manager you are responsible for in-game ranks as well as approving staff members for jobs. You are also responsible for making sure people are doing their job. Would you be able to organize a lot of staff members as well as check up on their progress?: Yes i been owning my own server for years (2.5 years) so yes i got no problem with that

How many hours per week can you work?: Around 15-20 per week, it can depend on my work (IRL)

    Location: danmark

What kinds of commands do you expect to have? as a staff manager?, then just around the normal player commands, with a few commands to rank up players/staff?, it also depends how much you trust a staff manager, i don't expect any ban, kick, mute commands as i'm not checking up on players.

Do you require OP for this position? No, many things can be done via perms

What is the benefit of hiring you for this position?: A person that have been running a server for many years, knows how to run a server a person that knows SSH (aka use liunx/centOS)

What makes a good staff manager?
coach their staff and counsel those who need it

have staff who are commitment to them

seek response and feedback to all communications with staff

know how to resolve conflicts as they arise and handle negative behaviour effectively
    delegate wherever possible

actively like to develop, empower and motivate staff and manage under performers
    take the lead

raise staff morale and are concerned for staff wellbeing

are conscious of the psychological contract

    enjoy managing the boss

set clear and unambiguous objectives and discuss them with staff before setting them

performance manage staff and provide feedback on performance

    engage in selection interviewing

    manage teams

    value everyone’s contribution

What kind of rank permissions plugins have you worked with in the past or are currently working with?:
Ban manager, PEX, coreprotect, essentials and many many more (don't wanna put in a list with the 100 and 100 of plugins i worked with ;P)

What are 3 things that would make us want to hire you for this position?
    Hard-working
Nothing can replace the benefits of hard work. There are some people who work hard for a few years and then lose pace. Also, people who are particular about working only from 9 to 5 even when urgent projects need to be completed, cannot be considered as as hardworking as one who is willing to put in extra time and effort. The basis of an effective organization lies in how capable it is of hiring result-oriented and industrious workers who execute.

    Reliable:
What could be more irritating than an staff member who does not follow instructions? Either he is not as serious as he should be or did not listen attentively when the instructions were given. Either way, the result is mistakes, faulty products and the missing of important deadlines not to forget unhappy, disappointed customers and/or clients. An employee who does not listen to the whole thing but likes to budge in between presents a picture of lack of respect for his owner. Following instructions shows that the staff member takes his responsibilities seriously and is capable of shouldering additional responsibility. Reliable also means showing up for work(comes on the server), informing the concerned authorities when he cannot make it, and keeping to deadlines.

    Ambitious:
Ambitious staff members are willing to go the extra mile whether to achieve server goals or make their way up the server ladder. They will not shirk from putting in their best because they set goals and high expectations for themselves. They also strongly yearn to progress in their server career. Ambition triggers openness, creative ideas, and a go-getter attitude – all of which are good for your server. However.
