Make it a server with 4 different worlds: Minigames, Survival, Creative and CityBuild. CityBuild is where a bunch of experienced builders build up a skycraper filled city, where ordinary members can explore, but not build. You should also have different ranks.
Ranks you can earn
1. M (member)
2. B (Builder) Play for 15+ hours
3. W (Wizard) Play for 30+ hours
4. A (Addicted) Play for 50+ hours
Staff Ranks
1. Helper or Trial Mod
2. Mod (No op, but helps around, has worldedit and creative)
3. Admin (Op, Trusted, must at least be W)
4. Co-owner (I can be this lol jk)
5. Owner (The owner)
Donator ranks
Minor Donator (Pay $5) Gets 3 plots on creative world
Donator (Pay $10) Gets 5 plots on creative+ gets to use /tp *username*
Donator+ (Pay $20) Gets 10 plots on creative+ gets to use /tp and can make warps
Donator++ (Pay $50) Gets unlimited plots on creative+ /tp, warps and /nick *they can only nick themselves*
Super-Donator (Pay $100+) All of the above+ can go /kit SD (Gives them enchanted diamond armour, enchant d sword, same with the rest of the tools, plus a lot of assorted potions.
