put this in an always active repeating command block, it shouldnt have a perma noise, i checked. item replace entity @a armor.head with minecraft:player_head{NBTDATAHERE}
based on the Mobestiary, and the fact the pumpkins can create life out of iron and snow, (iron golems and snow golems) i think there is a higher power of the pumpkins than just "not being able to see the eyes"
1. im the only one that can choose the side effect, as said in my first comment. 2. my powers being downgraded by 100% is a downside, which i cant have as said in my second comment.
