This works well for some users, but unfortunately, does not help a lot for others.

Previous Experience: I toyed with plugins on my own server, moderated a towny server and a pvp server, partially administrated in game for the pvp server, administrated the website and forum for pvp server, and made maps for the pvp server
Why should we hire you? I'm good with following orders and enforcing server rules. I'm very kind to all players until they start treating people with disrespect. I will make sure that this server will have a fun, safe environment for people to play. Everyone will follow the rules and any rule breakers will be punished with appropriate consequences.

Scenarios : A user comes on the server and claims he is from planet minecraft. He asks to be opped, so he can perform a review. What do you do? Warn him to not ask to be opped again. If he continues I will mute him for a while.
A user claims another user is hacking. What do you do? I'll watch the user without him knowing I'm there. If seen hacking, I'll ban.
A user hacks in front of your eyes, and uses the excuse "we must be lagging". What would you do? Tell him "I didn't know lagging lets you hack." Then ban.

Help/JavaEdition World Downloader 1.6.2 HELP!!!

i'll try to explain it in detail

1. Copy the 1.6.2 folder in .minecraft > versions
2. Rename the folder to anything (in this example i'll use WDL)
3. Open the WDL folder
4. Rename both items from 1.6.2 to WDL
5. Right click WDL.json and open with notepad (if you cant find it, double click WDL.json > on the popup window, click 'select a program from a list of installed programs' >press okay>click notepad>press okay)
6. The first few things you should see on your notepad is {

7. Replace "1.6.2" with "WDL"
8. Open WDL.jar with an archiver such as winrar or 7zip
9. Delete META-INF folder and copy all the files from World Downloader into the archive. Then close.
10. Open your MC launcher. Select New profile, then in the Use Version box, you should find WDL.

Have you been on a staff for a server before, is so what and evidence: Yes, I've been a moderator on two servers and administrated the website and forum for one of the servers. I can only find a screenshot for one of the servers: http://puu.sh/3zsuA.jpg

If someone was breaking the rules what would you do to enforce it: I would perform any necessary warnings and punishments. If I were to choose a way to warn/punish, I would first warn them. On next offense, I will kick them. Next will be a temporary ban, followed by a permanent if continued.

Builders, What would you do if another builder was making inappropriate things:If thats against server rules, I would ask them to take it down. If they don't I'll take it down myself and the user will face any appropriate consequence

How could you help the server: I'll provide each player with a fun equal environment by making sure everyone follows the rules. No one will be harassed under my watch, and no one will hack with me around (I've banned an enormous amount of hackers in the last server I moderated). I'll help out everyone in need of help and guide new players in the right direction.

Are you good with plugins: Yes

Will you dedicate to what you do as a moderator:Like always, yes.

Why do you want to become a moderator on this server:I enjoy helping other people especially newcomers. I also like to enforce server rules to make sure that each player is enjoying an environment with equality

How will you make this server better: I will do my duties to the best of my abilities. I will also make sure no other player harasses one another, and enforce server rules as mentioned above

If you were to become a moderator on this server what would you rather be a pvpmoderator builder or a chatmod. I've moderated a pvp server and a normal server where theres a lot of chat, so I'd choose Pvp or chat mod
