Dealing with Griefers: Depends upon the climax of their 'Grief'. If it was a severe grief, then i would warn them with a server ban, if failed to correct themselves, then result in server ban. But if not severe, then ban them from server for a certain amount of time, along with a STRONG warning.

An a Descriptive Paragraph: I would love the role as a Technical Admin because I love role play and i would be fair within the server. I would suit this role because i am mature, persistent and i would like to earn respect within the server. If not a Technical Admin, a Builder then because i am great at building buildings such as houses, community buildings, spawn points and many more.
