Minecraft/Servers EnhancedMC | Looking for Admins

Experience with servers?: My experience with servers.. I have been admin on countless servers before they shut down. I have Co-Owned two. Moderated some. They ended in the same way as the admins. I have been Head-Admin on a very popular server that shut down from lack of funding. I have owned my own server.

What can you do to improve the server?: I'm not gonna say that I CAN improve the server. But, I will try whatever I can to do so! Whatever you say needs to be done I will do. I can build, i am good with redstone, and I am good with plugins. I don't know most plugins but I am a very fast learner. I know groupmanager very well, as well as worldedit.. I am very good with people and I can help people join as well as stay. I love to meet new people. I also know how to lay down the law and punish if necessary. I'm not a hardcore person, but when someone refuses to do as said, or is doing anything that could harm another person as in verbal abuse, I know how to fix it, whether I have to ban, kick, or mute. But I know when enough is enough as well as the limits on what I can do. I have trustworthy with things. I love to help out with anything requested. I also play soccer and I am a boy scout as well. By that i'm saying that there are certain days I can not attend my responsibilities, but every second I can play I will.

Bans: I don't know. It's been a while though.
Experience being Staff: I have been moderator on countless servers. Head admin, admin, helper, builder, Head-Moderator and I have even owned my own server.
How mature are you: Well. I can't place a number on it, but I know how and when too much is.. TOO much.
Why should I hire you?: I'm not saying you should hire me. But, I know how to enforce rules and keep things in order. I am good with plugins, and people. I can help build anything you'd like(Besides Pixel Art)

Plugins/Building experience: Ahh. Many plugins. I love GroupManager. I have little knowledge of Pex. Tim the enchanter, mcmmo, towny/factions, worldedit, and I learn fast. Building? Just about anything you'd desire, besides Pixel Art
How much time will you dedicate to the Server daily: Depends on the days.
How Long have you been Playing Minecraft: 4-5 years
Why we should Pick You (5 sent. min.): As stated earlier in my application, I'm good with people and plugins, and I am a decent builder. I know how to run things and keep things in order. I am very helpful and when I have time I can dedicate most of it to the server. I will vote just about everyday. I can advertise.
