well I did not wish for "a no effect", I wished for "no effect". which does not allow any sort of effect, if I added "a" before no effect, then what you said would work, but it does not because of not having the letter/word "a"
Then I could NOT have made the wish, and there is nothing that connects my wish and you did not (and can not) ruin it, only prevent it, also if space and time did not exist, the wish could not have been given to me in the first place
But what I am saying is that if I did NOT make the wish, everything would be normal BUT since I made the wish, space and time does not exist anymore, therefore making the wish the root cause of no space and time.
If you stopped time you might not be able to start it up again, it was not said that would happen, plus if you need more time to do something you can just rewind time as much as you want.
