What experience do you have in this field?:
I just left as an owner of a hub server called MC-Souls, Its still up and running, I still have all the permissions files, etc.
I have also had my own little pmc spree of moderating! I have worked for a few major servers, building for the Archon (Not my finest moment) but it didnt work out due to the fact that I couldn't get along with the young 9 year old staff team.
I have built with the Noxcrew and I usually talk to them on teamspeak. I'm currently studying in graphics and digital systems so I may be able to help out with that sort of stuff!
The main thing that seperates me from others is most likely the fact that I've had to deal with firing good people when they break a rule. It's pretty sad but, I'm usually the one to make the tough decisions!

I'm mature. I don't usually joke around unless its off server. To be honest, read my full app to get to know me.
How do you deal with conflicts?:
I can easily go throughout all the servers spending at least a hour to a hour and a half on each server helping out different players with them having simple questions on how to apply for staff or helping players with difficult questions like them reporting a hacker and what type of evidence they would need along with them finding a good software to install to record with.
Can you work well in a group environment?:
Yes! I am very good at leading staff teams. I'm quick to react and fix problems.
Are you able to take the constructive input of others?:
Yes! Thats the main thing that honestly pisses me off. When people cannot take criticism.
What can you tell me that would further insure my trust in you as a staff member?:
I feel like you can trust me with the permissions of being an admin because I know how it feels to run a server as an owner/admin and what the responsibility is, In my opinion I see being staff as a way to make a huge impact on the server in a positive way instead of making the server have a negative impact. When you are a staff member your main goal should be to help players with there problems and then have fun later, I know it is hard considering the server will get like 1,500 to 2,300 players a day but it will help the players get a better concept on what to do and to make the players see a reason to stay, Also you will be making a good impression on the server, You are a staff member and the Owner(s) have chosen you to help out the players and get the server to have a good reputation of following the guidelines of being a staff member and making sure the players follow the rules correctly instead of them disobeying the rules and causing mass havoc across the server.
Why do you want to join this team?:
I want to join because I think I am suitable for the "Admin" position because I feel like I can help the server in many different ways,
I have been on Minecraft for a good period (Around 3 Years) and I have seen the game grow immensely throughout this time period, I have also noticed a rise in hackers, spammers and advertisers. I realize the major servers are doing their best to stop people from all the spammers, Hackers and Advertisers. I feel like I have the potential to join your servers' staff steam, To help run this soon to be Beast of a server! While reading my application I realize some people might wonder what "My Qualities are". Some of my qualities will come to different areas of the server, When I started minecraft I built alot. I've built with members of the Noxcrew, Vadact etc. But I'm not good enough for that sort of building I can help add some detailing to your server! I can also help people with certain problems on the forums that contain donation issues, reporting people for hacking, spamming and advertising and my opinion on server ideas. I am a patient person and I take time in reading things on the forums to identify what they are suggesting or reporting depending on what section the thread is in.
