CataplexiiThe torch texture image that you posted for mizuno's 16 craft (1.18) is the right one.
I also ran into this issue and looked into the texturepack/ assets/ texture/ torches and candles,
and they seem to be separated since the recent
Minecraft Caves and Cliffs update Part 2.
*craftable item: candles has been added after this update (more precisely 1.17+)
So unfortunately, you'll have to replace all the torches with candles if you still want the aesthetics...
I guess you can replace the texture of the torch as other people suggest.
Though you want to keep in mind that candle is craftable item in the vanilla minecraft 1.18,
that means future texturepacks for mizuno will have this default torch instead of candles.
