Do you have any knowledge of plugins, or have any experience as a moderator?
I know alot about alot of plugins and Im a moderater for a server comming soon

Why do you want to be a moderator?
I want experience and immersion with a good community.
What could you bring to the management team?
I could bring an eccentric personality that is ready to do whatever it takes to have a heck of a time.
Do you understand that you can be removed from the management team at any time?
I do, It is understandable underperforming staff are not wanted
What do you think is a moderator's job?
To have fun with the players whilst enforcing the rules. A sort of example if you will, but an example with power and a person not afraid to point out your (player on server) faults.
How do you think will you improve the server's qualities?
I like to embed myself to the community and hang with the players. I am trustworthy and I can help build a powerful community.
Why should we choose you and not another applicant?
I am mature but at the same time easy going. I am trustworthy (as previously stated) and I like to interact with players.
Situation - Two people are cursing at each other, and making everyone else's experience on Skylands: Minecraft bad. What do you do to rectify the situation?
I would analyze the situation, find the problem, and attempt to work an agreement. If its a mere dissing contest I will give them a warning and if they dont stop I will temporally mute the agrovator(s)
Situation - You see a Moderator/Admin abusing their power, and a guy calling for help about griefing. What do you do?
If its a mod I would talk and try my best to stop him. for example, i could spam tp him to me to keep him away. If its an admin I would contact another admin immediately or remind him I can pm the owner about the situation.
