What can you bring to the server: I can bring a sense of order, direction and focus when needed but otherwise a good sense of humour and fun to make the server enjoyable for all, whether that is for other staff members or for normal players.
Give me the experience you have with Mod: I've moderated on several different small servers and I have developed a firm but fair approach to enforcing all rules.
Why should I pick you: I think you should pick me for this position because I have excellent abilities as a leader and will be able to keep checks on all staff members and ensure they are doing as required (i.e. not abusing powers or being far too lenient.) I am able to get along with pretty much everyone so integrating onto the server will not be a problem, I hope to be looked on as a 'player' rather than 'Head-Admin'.
How can you help: I can help by improving the quality of the staff and provide a person of reassurance and maturity that anyone can come to with a problem by being considerate and listening to all players respectively regardless of rank. I also have previous experience managing people and being head of staff (on a minecraft server and on other games).
Why do you deserve this: I think I deserve this position as I am a qualified, mature person who treats people with the utmost respect. I have previous experience in a similar position and I am confident I will be able to fulfill this role to what you expect. I also think that I deserve the rank as unlike other people, I have read the application you want to be filled in and done so correctly.
Why are you applying for this: I am applying for this position as I enjoy leading a team of people and over-seeing. I find it one of the most fulfilling things to do to watch a community grow and ensure that everyone is kept in line. By achieving the rank of Head-Admin I would be able to do this and any additional goals you set.
What can you bring to the server... As a head Admin: I can bring a good, strong team leader who commands respect from staff members below to ensure that the staff is as coherent and rule abiding as possible. I don't take any wrong doing from anyone but treat everything with equal and proportionate action. As well as this I can also employ good humour and team-spirit so we are thought of less as 'colleagues' and more as 'friends'.
