2. I'll be playing Minecraft and probably some Steam games like Garry's Mod, as well as FTB.
3. No budget, I just have to get the money.

I realize it's a ton cheaper, but I know almost nothing about computers. And when I say that, it means everything about them. (Kinda weird because I spend half my life on them...) So the last thing I'd want to do is build one..

I don't really know, but this clears up storage space, right? Isn't RAM what I need to clear up?
