I don't think alot of 19-year-olds+ come around here to be staff on your server. Not very many people here are over 19 years.

No offence, but this wasn't sad at all its just what happens to every server eventually after they post on PMC. If you want to have a professional server, then you need to take professional steps such as keeping your players motivated to stay on your server.

Why you want to become a developer: Well, I love tekkit classic, Java is fun, and I guess your server just seems pretty good if your not one of those servers that just hires people upon posting on pmc. Nor does this server look like one of those servers that after 1 hour of posting, is just nothing. Also, the 1.2.5 API is really easy to use for plugins, so just tell me what you need and I can develop it for you
What have you coded before:

1. Warner -- Simple warning plugin, /warn (player) (reason), upon the 3rd warn you will get a tempban

2. Simplugin -- Not very simple! Contains a vast array of commands ranging from /explode to /torpedo. Made out of pure boredom. Great for trolling if you like explosions!
