Experience: I have owned three servers before 2 of which were factions so I have good deal of experience in servers and I know all of the needed components for a great factions server. I have been staff on several other servers in the past. I have lots of knowledge in Minecraft and servers from playing for three years.

Why: I have always loved faction PVP and liked being staff even more. I am great at helping with what ever others need from me. I offer a wide range of skills that would be very helpful. Don't give new people staff, only reward it to people you trust and who are active. Also, no matter the server, having a website helps improve the playing experience.
