How about this one? It's the same model, just not so shady. http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-Intel-Core-i5-2540M-SR044-CPU-Mobile-Processor-PGA-988-Socket-G2-3-3G-/252093767967?hash=item3ab1f5a11f
Also, I don't think ASUS does that with CPU's but I'll go ahead and check.

I can run skyrim, but it's laggy. Also, I followed all of you guys' advice, but couldn't find any in my price range. Found this one, but it was expensive http://www.sears.com/intel-cpu-i5-2540m-3.30ghz-pga988-3m-tray/p-SPM7340019403?sid=IDx20140425xECNMPCOM09&sdc_id=1442671616z484149z37073b0a311zzz and then found it cheaper on ebay http://www.ebay.com/itm/Intel-Core-i5-2540M-SR044-CPU-Mobile-Processor-PGA-988-Socket-G2-3-3G-/141616863917?hash=item20f905daad

Does this look good (and better than mine) to you?

I looked and found this one, but I don't know what all of this means. Do you think this one would be good?

The reason my budget is low, is because I rarely get my hands on money. I'm only 14, so I can't really get a job... if I don't find a processor though, I might just put my money in the bank and save it up for this.

I'm pretty good at modifying things that aren't supposed to be modified. For instance, I'm currently modifying my old DS lite which broke in half, into a Gameboy advance sp. Also I've taken one of the speakers from that and put it into my old DMG Gameboy. I don't think replacing a CPU would be very hard.

They have not, but it has been confirmed to be running at 1080p.

Thank you for the quick response, but I'm not building a desktop, I'm trying to just upgrade my current laptop. Fallout 4 will run with max graphics at 1080p, but as I said, I don't really care about graphics. I just want it to run smoothly at low graphics. The only reason I don't care for desktops, is I love the portability of laptops. If I go someplace and I get bored, I can just start playing games, or if I'm on a road trip, I can play games.

No, but I'm sure it would be pretty easy for an experienced Plugin creator to do. If all else fails just hire a plugin developer to do it for you;If you have some experience in this kind of stuff, you could probably create a plugin for it.

Different swords. Swords would have bonuses and could have poisoned blades, and wouldn't have your average +7 attack, but rather +20 and such. Leveling swords. Swords could level up and when you've maxed out the level, you could name your sword (With color). This could also be used for axes and armor.

Also if you still need someone to write some stuff for you just give me a shout c;

I already enjoy writing, and I'd just love to make a couple of games in my lifetime, but what I'd love to do is just write game storylines for big companies like our lord and savior Nintendo.

I'm not sure bethseda would respond to me. Plus they use twitter, which I don't use, as I dislike social media.
