How old are you? Not 16...
Are you experienced with building/running a server? Yes. I am an expert builder, and a new developer. (Meaning I code java)
Describe yourself: I like to have fun, however I am mature for my age, I like comedy and reading... speaking of which that was quite the "paragraph" on your post; Continuing I like pie. Though I like to have fun, I can be serious to things when it is necessary... and when it comes to the 2003 at the end of my name... I do not like to have my time wasted, I am very tall... very tall... Finaly this paragraph was written on my kindle fire. Give the man a prize!

I have a 8.7/10 maturity, I do make the occasional "That's what she said" joke, however I tend to be very polite and mature.
Why me:
These days, a god server to build is hard to find, really hard to find; I would just like to build for someone who knows what they are doing.
Availability:
I can be on every day for around 3-5 hours, except on weekends when I can be on up to 10 hours a day. #NoLife
Builds:
I can provide some pictures over Skype, but for now here is what I got:

Style:
I prefer to build medieval, however I can build Victorian, and modern as well.

Let's just say... I prefer to build solo; however I can work in a team.
How quickly can you build(SPWN, etc.)?
2-6 hours, depending on size, however I give quality and quantity, not speed.

I will provide over Skype. Most of my work is private, and I do not want people copying/claiming it is theirs. That is why I prefer to use Skype for it.

How old are you?
I am 12, however my age does not limit me from doing things older people can't.

How experienced with servers are you in general?
I am a developer, I can make plugin, configure plugins, setup plugins, ect. (8.4/10)

Have you been administrator on other servers?
Indeed, I am stating the truth when I say I have ben staff on over 50 servers.

What would you do in these situations?

Griefing -
I would rollback all done damage, jail/temp/ban the player who griefed based on damage of property, and then inform the highest staff member above me online or through Skype.

Chat Abuse -
I would first kick/mute the player then inform highest staff member above me, if damage is intense then I will temp-ban/ban.

Advertising -
Same as chat abuse, they are basically the same thing.
