If your server is Bukkit, then get a Plugin like StarterKit http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/starterkit/

When you have Starter Kit installed, go on your server and write the book you want to use and save it, so its not a book and quill, just a book you can read. When you have your inventory set up how you want, type /sk save to save your inventory.
So when new players join, they should get your book.

Just tested it, works like a charm!

ParilYou're not allowed to use a filter and upload the map if the map's content is solely the result of a filter.

You are allowed to use filters as design aids.

So if i make a parkour map, and add a few filters here and there (to make arrows fly by you every 5 seconds for instance) its not against any rules?

Look, I am asking if it is against the rules to use MCEdit FILTERS. If you don't have an answer, please don't post.

I mean then upload to PMC. Every time i upload maps that were made with mcedit, it gets removed. so im asking if i only use Filters, will they not get removed?.
