the tool only changes the pack_format number in the pack.mcmeta file, so although the pack will appear compatible in game if you use the tool, the files won't be in the right place. i think ewan might have a tool to properly convert them though
Honestly, the reason I made this was more for the sake of making it, and to learn something related to programming. Personally, I think it's easier to use this tool to update packs, but it is admittedly very easy to do it manually as well.
It's intended. XP is only calculated from submissions you have up, so deleting or privating a submission will lose any XP from diamonds, favourites or views on that submission.
when i was very young i had a teddy bear of a monkey called "eatso" (idk why) i lost it when i was like 4yo and i was literally so sad i loved eatso so much i got a new one which i wanted to be like eatso but it could never replace eatso, so i called it "beatso" when i had to make a username, i just used the name of my teddy bear, hence beatso
I joined PMC back in April, during lockdown. I'd been looking at resource packs such as Jolicraft and Rodrigo's Pack and decided to make my own. I spoke to anonpmc3078393, and we created Little Improvements Smooth and Variated. One of the first textures I remember making was variated diamond ores for Variated
To me, the experimental, realistic, simple categories make no sense to me. Where would I put a vanilla edit pack? Where would I put a tweak pack? I think the whole categories need an overhaul, personally.
Yeah, the textures did change, but if you prefer the old ones you can always switch to programmer art. The villages way better though, you've got to admit.
I'd say the latest snapshot. It's got everything 1.13 has, and other cool stuff. And remember, if you don't like a new feature, don't use it. Ok, yes some game mechanics etc have changed but you'd get used to it very quickly.
