What are you Applying for? I am applying to be a Server-Administrator
How do you think you could benefit us? I could benefit this server in many ways. I am generally an extremely helpful person and I am very sociable! I get along well with everyone and I can attract new players with my friendly, humorous personality! I can also be strict if need be. If there is a conflict between someone and another person, I can easily confront and resolve the problem.
Why Should we choose you over someone else? You should choose me because of my characteristics. I am extremely responsible and well-organized (which some people lack). I believe that these two skills are very important, and not everyone has them. I also have a great sense of humor. I'll laugh at jokes and make them occasionally which lightens the mood a lot.
Past Experience: I was an admin on a server a few years back at the age of 13, but they unfortunately closed. I then went on to become a professor on a Harry Potter server (I still am a professor on there), and a while after that I became an administrator on another server (Still admin on there as well).
If you were to change the staff application process how would you do so? I personally love this staff application process! It's very professional and it gives you the information needed to select the best staff possible.
How would you deal with an issue between two parts fighting over something or an ideal? I would first address the issue and we would all find a harmless, easy resolution. My methods would leave both parties feeling at ease when the problem dissipates, and hopefully all will be forgiven.
