Patience - I am very patient and will not rush to get something done but will take time to get it done nice and neatly. If this was necessary to include because you wanted to know what would you do if no one was joining the server my answer would be that i would just spend more time improving the server in the meanwhile and find out whats the reason no one is staying, fix that mistake and continue to advertise till people join again.
Do you understand that even though I won't hold the rank, I am an Owner: Yes i do understand that if anything happens you will always be the owner of the server no matter what. I will make it known to everyone on the server by having a /warp info. It will have all the information about how you were the one to give me the server and would let me run it ( If i get accepted ) If you really want to ill even give you a percentage of the donation that i get if you give me the chance to run this server. I will not let you down and hopefully we can become great friends
Idea for the server? I would like to make the server (if your willing to give to me) a medieval factions server where nothing is too op or pay to win. I have played many pay to win servers and sadly yes did pay for ranks. I noticed on a current server that I'm playing on members are constantly leaving because of the fact that they are not given a chance to take part in the community and pvp as well either because they can't afford to waste money on ranks or just because there parents will not let them. So because of this i want to create my very own server (with you as owner of course) non op where diamonds would be hard to find just as it was back in the old days. I will make sure there is no x-raying by getting a plugin i used for an old server i used to have. I strongly believe that i can make this server worthwhile because of the fact that every is going to be given a chance to feel the same and enjoy themselves. I am also a gfx designer so i could make good banners for the servers and catch peoples attention. The server will have many features such as old style tournaments(Medieval style), horse racing and much more. If you would give me the server i will not let you down. I have many friends that have amazing building ability and developing. Im am also very good with plugins so will make sure there are no hackers to stop the fun for everyone.
Server steps - First i would get plugins and make the server spigot for the people of 1.7 and 1.8 will be able to play together without having to be on 1 version. After this i will call my building team to make spawn and some warps to make the server look fancy. When they succeeded there job i will create a server with one of my developer and make a banner for the server advertisement myself, set up the voting links and hopefully get players

Background history - I have ran 1 very successful server that had many happy people and staff members either enjoying doing their job or having fun with the community. I would get a nice amount of players on donations every few week and a total of 40-60 players a day. Donation amount per week would be like 80-120 so yes i would make a lot of money and distribute it among staff members. After this someone msg me with a offer of buying my server of $300 and of course as my young stupid self agreed to the offer and let my server die. What do i mean let my sever die ? I went back to take a visit on how the server was going and there was only 3-4 people playing then it when lower and lower and lower. I realize what i did and know never to do it again. I am mature enough to handle a server and hopefully succeed again.
