The arms are very out of shape and the anatomy in all is very bendy and all over the place. The background doesn't help give the piece more depth and I suggest experimenting with colors and lighting and background. For example, shade something purple with red velvet and then brighten it with a nice cream color. Just focus on anatomy and making the image pop with color. To me, this seems very bland and needs an eye-catcher.
