Read in the spoiler under 'What are the Commands and Permissions of CommandBin?'

The permissions are simply 'CommandBin.commandname', replacing commandname with the command.

You don't need MCP to make plugins, you simply build the files straight from eclipse.

dario85Can anyone suggest any good shop plug-ins for minecraft servers?

I once came across a shop in game that had visible items on sale and you clicked them to buy them with in game cash. Anyone know of this plug-in?

Now this is peculiar.
Obviously it can't be a formatting problem, 'cause then Essentials wouldn't be working at all.
I'd take it up with the EssentialsTeam, either on the Bukkit thread or their IRC.

Okay, reloading the rules is working for me.
Have you tried only reloading Essentials with /essentials reload, or is that what you are doing already?

In the 'worlds.yml' for Multiverse, is the 'autoload' option set to true for each world?
As for the Essentials rules problem, I just tried to reproduce it on a test server and I had no issues.
