What I can bring: I can bring money to the server, I was thinking around 40-50% and then add donations on top of this. I can also help out with basic plugins, and a lot of creative ideas that I am hoping we can work together to make a possibility. I am a very open, and helpful person naturally, so on the server I can be in charge of community relations, staff organization and similar tasks. I love being organized and on top of things, and I hope to bring these assets to Codus.

Why I want to help: I really want to help on this server for a few reasons.
1) I think it has the potential to become something bigger than just an average server, a mega network as I imagine. A place where everyone can belong, while playing their favorite gamemode, whether it is factions or creative, hunger games or skyblock.
2) The community is already set up, allowing multiple opportunities to rival servers such as Mineplex and similar.
3) I feel as though I can bring something that others can't. Dedication. I have a passion to help servers, such as this one, to grow and expand into something big, something everyone talks about. I want to dedicate myself to this challenge that lies ahead, and I hope you will want to come on this journey with me.

Reason for Application : I belive that I can bring a lot of fresh and creative advertising ideas to this project, things nobody else has though of. I am a very creative person and wish to help kickstart this project with a great opening campaign.
Experience (details) : I have never done this role before but in a recent school project where we had to design and creative relevant advertising campaigns for this, I received 19/20, the highest in my year. Experience> I have been a moderator on a creative server before, and still am and have owned my own server before as well.

Server Owner Application:
Type of server: I was thinking either factions or Creative plots, possibly with a hub and portals to each world for a wide variety of choices for players.

Time available weekly: Around 2-3 hours on weekdays and 4-5 hours on weekend. This time is all in game, but I can also be active nearly 24/7 on Minechat.

Do you have a solid staff team: No, but I have people I can trust to help me and can also find people to become Staff Members on the server once opened.

Do you have a solid build team: I have a group of builders who will design a spawn for me, but they cost money. If necessary I can pay for them.

Plans for the server: I am planning to create a wide range of servers such as Creative Plots, Factions and Survival servers with possible Skyblock or other minigame type server, it is ultimately up to the members.

Brief summary of rules: I would enforce rules such as keep offensive language to a minimum. No hacking, and other rules that would apply to the specific server. I

Amount of RAM needed: Between 4 and 8 gb, but can research further information for you if you wish.

List of plugins: Hub: Essentials, MultiVerse etc.
Creative World; PlotMe, WorldEdit, WorldGuard etc.
Survival World (Factions): Factions, Essentials etc. depending on demand.
Other World (Skyblock etc): SkyBukkit or similar, WorldGuard, Essentials etc or other depending on the chosen game mode by server members.

Past experiences: I have owned by own server previously, it wasn’t wildly successful as I didn’t advertise it enough, I have learnt from my mistakes and also due to lack of funding by me. I am currently Moderator on CreativeVillage server, but it is currently shut down due to maintenance, if chosen for this position I can resign to dedicate all my time to this hub server. I have been admin on many smaller servers in the past.
