Hackers: In my past experience I've learned if the person is hacking or not. If a player reports a hacker first I would ask why and if he has proof than i would spectate the player for a while until im sure hes hacking (Or not) and if he is, I would report to a higher staff and let him do the actions (If a higher rank isn't on i would do it off of the Evidence and what i saw while spectating him.)
Spammers: If a person spammed I would give him a warning (If done again another warning would be given) If he spams the 3rd time I would give a 5 min mute. If he continues I would give a tempban for 1 hour.
Trollers: First I would give a warning, If he/she does keep trolling I would give him the punishment he/she (Depending on the troll)

I have ran my own server, I have also been and HeadMod on an server called RatCraft for over a year.
What position are you looking for:
I am applying for Admin, but I would like to recieve a rank based on how valuable my application is.
What are your strong points:Great social skills, I am familiar with a lot of commands. I know how to deal with people in an calm way.
What are your weak points:We all have weak points mine is I love to chat, I might get distracted sometimes... . Building is like rocket science to me, but I study the rockets
Can you build well: I can build decently, but not one of my strong points.
Do you have proof of build (if you can build well):As i said I can build decently but not one of my everyday cup of tea's

Trolls: They tend to get on my nerves, I simply ask them to stop what they are doing, if they were to continue I would start giving warnings, which would go towards a mute(Time dependable on damage done) and furthermore a Temp Ban If it gets out of hand I would ask an higher rank of staff how they should taken care of.
Hackers: I am very familiar with all the famous clients these days : Huzuni, Nodus , Wurst, Reflex. Being an Player Mod on Ratcraft I had to deal with all the hackers, I've seen quite a few in my days. I have seen how they act, talk and know how to deal with them, with permission of course. I rightfully think hacking should not be tolerated.
Spammers: Not the worst case scenario but still a threat , if spamming reaches a stage where it disturbs players, I would simply ask them to stop and apply an 1 minute mute, if they continue and think my warnings are a joke, I would ask higher ranked staff If they should be muted furthermore or simply Temp-Banned. Of course if there aren't higher ranked staff on I would deal with the situation in a orderly and mature way.
If no higher staff are online, I would deal with it , according to the rules of the server.
How respectful are you to others: Respect is one of the most important skills in life, I believe I have mastered the skill of respect as it comes in many ways.I would greet people as they join the server, as it shows respect.I would furthermore reach out my helping hand to those in need!
