Unfortunately I cannot open the server earlier than 5PM as I am a student
and am busy before that time. There is a 5 hour slot avaliable from 5PM till
10pm each day. (UK times)

That's fine. Not your fault.

From all I can tell, server should be up each day from 5 PM GMT to 10:30 PM GMT.
I only can go on Sunday and Tuesday, because of school. (No school tuesday for Staff Dev Day.)

Chimp, may you please drop back the start time an hour or two, for those who live in Western US? Schedule in PST is 9 AM to 2:30 PM, and pretty much every American w/ a computer is busy for those hours, except for high schoolers, who get an hour each day. If you decide not to, that's fine. I just want Westerners to be able to work on their booth just like everyone else.
