How would you deal with:
A Griefer- I would remind him of the rules (if it is against the rules). If he did not comply I would tempban or ban him depending on how extreme the grief was.
A Hacker- Ban him, no warning.
A new player- Welcome them and point them in the right direction without making them feel uncomfortable.
A player asking for promotions- I would tell him to stop and if he didn't I would mute him for whatever the time limit is.
