Basically I am thinking of relaunching an old server that I kind of let go. I have quite a hefty dedicated box that is professionally hosted, so I really have no limitations on what I can do (Xeon with 32GB of RAM). The goal would be to get some mature dedicated staff to run the thing for me. This would be all the way from a lead administrator (like owner without actually owning the server) to moderation and advertising staff. I am typically very time limited so I would need some people to take charge and treat the sever as their own. Sort of a server by the community that is for the community. For the lead admin, it would almost be like having your own server. I don't really care what is done with it as long as people are playing and enjoy the server.
The only work I have completed so far for the relaunch is a very large custom map. It is a realistic map that is 20K blocks across and is a replica of The Americas (North and South America). What is done on it is up to you.
Other than that, the sky is the limit. So who wants to run a server?
Ideally I am looking for older teens/adults for the server leadership.
The selection process will work something like this: Accepted candidates will be allowed to moderate/run the server together for a limited time. From those candidates, I will assign positions in accordance with performance after a short evaluation time. Actions speak louder than words. One of those individuals will be the lead admin, which will essentially have control of the server. The others will be assigned other positions of authority.
If you will be upset in any way if you don't get a specific position, do not bother applying. You need to be mentally prepared and OK with any position you are given, even if it is not the lead spot, or nothing at all.

Have you had a position on a previous server: I used to own a private server for my friends and their friends but I never updated it. and I recently was an admin on a survival server.
If yes, then explain why you are no longer participating on that server: The server shut down and never came back up.
Are you going to get upset or rage quit in any way if you don't get the Lead Administrator position? No. I will keep playing on this server and have a good time.
