What do you have to use? I usually communicate the most over Skype, just because with the voice call option it's so much easier than repeatedly stopping whatever I'm doing so I can type into a message box. :p

I'm a bit more lax when it comes to online forums, but in speech I nail anyone who does things wrong. Especially switching "I" and "me." That drives me crazy.

How about this, like 4 or 5 people form a little Minecraft group? And we could play on a vanilla server or something. IDK.

And also, I don't mean to be strict on age, as long as you're not 27 or 10, and you don't have horrific grammar (I'm a bit of a grammar freak), really...so, you both are fine.

I found that site too, the one that works with Mac wouldn't work on my computer. It's a screwed up computer. And sorry.

...oh, look at that. Your google search came up with texture pack guides from before the switch to resource packs. Next time google it yourself and give it a try...

And thank you for the tutorial, which is currently in progress but I'll check back later.

Haha, that's too funny! When I first got Minecraft I chose my username based on the Warriors Cats series (I made my own name -- Lightningnose). I actually wish I could change it now just because it's so long and makes no sense anymore. I haven't read the series in years...so I won't be joining, but glad to know there are others out there!

Yes, I hate monsters >.< when in single player I usually just play on Peaceful mode. Honestly the most I can tell you is when going in a cave, light it up well and turn your screen into third person view, so you can see if they're trying to sneak up on you. If you're on a server, only go mining with other people, preferably on voice chat if you're comfortable with that. That way, you don't have to stop your monster scanning to talk, and there's always someone right there if you need them. Good luck!
