3.How much time per week you currently devote to participating in the program and
what are your plans for conveying feedback to the current Team?: I am able to put about 3-5 hours in each day to help with planning out quests, helping plan other projects, or working on any other aspects of the server.
4.Your history of playing Minecraft and any specific areas of interest: I have been playing minecraft for about 5 1/2 years now and I have pretty much dove into everything minecraft has to offer(PVP,RP,building,etc), I have also played multiple servers that have attempted to be MMORPG servers and I think that it is fair to say that no one has succeeded in really mastering that aspect in minecraft in being able to blend the richness and in depth story lines of MMO's with the game mechanics of minecraft. So in a way I have made it my goal to do this or help/work with a team to do this.
5. Links to 3 visual examples that demonstrate why you deserve to join the team you applied for: I understand that with the position I am applying for one of my main roles with be to write quests, but I did notice that you guys never mentioned anything about classes or a leveling system within the server which I feel is a key mechanic to every MMO so here is an example of a class that I have made(I have a ton of these wich we could use).
Guardian:

-What Type is it: Warrior
-Reputation 5: (Passive) Stories of previous battles rattle your opponents, making them do 10% less damage to you.
-Marshall 10: Your words invigorate your party, giving them a temporary speed and damage boost for 4 seconds CD: 45
-Retreat! 20: Command your party to fall back! All party members gain 10 health and are pulled towards you. CD: 45
-Extra Rations 35: All party members gain 3 hunger bars and their saturation is reset. CD: 60
-Adrenaline 40: Your party is filled with adrenaline and feels no pain for 4 seconds, but receives 60% of the damage they took when the adrenaline effect wears off. CD:120
-Inspire 45: You inspire your men, making them better at just about everything. All party members base damage is increased by 1 for 4 seconds. They gain resistence for 3 seconds and are healed 3 health every second for 5 seconds.CD:120
-Famous Last Words 50: Players around you take 5 damage for every skill they use for 5 seconds. CD: 180
Second Piece:Now here is a piece of lore I have written that will show you that I am capable of writing in depth stories and I will be able to make some unique and one of a kind quests that players could only experience in an MMO.(piece of lore for a goddess for my friends RP server that he was making)
Jengoth, The Goddess of the Nether Plane.
An experiment by the gods to create another alike them, but sadly it was a failed experiment. The resulting being was Jengoth, the Goddess of the Nether Plane. She was mostly fueled by the god of power, Borathir. Thus, she lusts for power and destruction, and rules over the deepest pits of the nether itself. She is the creator of all things undead, unholy, and generally destructive. Her ultimate goal is to remove the mortal races, and let chaos and anarchy rule over the world, to create a second Nether. She favors the darkness, and is against all things light and holy, making Aetoth her mortal enemy. In response to the creation of the druids, thousands and thousands of years ago, she created the race now known as the Liches. When the grand druid was born into the world, she was outraged that someone of such high power had been created to oppose her, or so she thought. In response, she corrupted the brother of the druid, Isth’reel. He was torn down and reconstructed, birthed in the flames of darkness to become the king over all of Lich kind, the Lich King. Thus, the Lich King and all future Lich King’s are referred to as her ancients. Very few have met this powerful being of deceit, despair and destruction. It’s rumored that only Isth’reel himself has laid eyes on her, and lived to speak about it.
Third Piece: This is also another piece of lore for that same exact server where I was writing about the Ancients of the server and this was one of the 3 main Liche kings.
The Lich King Loche - Ruler of the Undead
The young child Loche is the new king over the Lich kind, and all the undead races. Carrying on the legacy from his ‘grandfather’ Isth’reel, Loche is slowly growing and learning, gaining the skills he needs to take over the position of the former Lich King. Mentored by Isth’reel, Loche gains in both power and knowledge daily, as Isth’reel keeps him working as much as he can. Loche is a quiet and shy boy, he is usually ignored or disregarded. He is very antisocial, and most of the time perfers to stay alone. He lacks friends or people to care for him, besides his ‘grandfather’. His parents are very seldom around, and both hate each other. Loche is often confused about his life, the people around him, and his role in the world. The ammount of power he contains does not help him as well, and he can barely control the energy he contains. He suffers multiple disorders of the mental sort, extremely bi-polar and often suffering outbursts and bouts of depression. Very unstable and very dangerous, this is exactly what Jengoth had looked for in a servant. Thus, Jengoth has claimed Loche as her second Ancient, replacing Isth’reel.
Ontop of the lore and I have multiple class ideas Warriors(5), Mages(4), Rogues(5), Healers(4) which all contain the same amount of depth within the skills as the example I showed you. I also have hundred of ideas sorrouding Dungeons, Markets, Unique economy system, RP, custom armor, which I would be willing to discuss and share with you.
6.Brief (no more than 100 word) description of why you wish to serve and why you would be a good dev team member: I feel that I would be a good Dev member, because first off I never stop coming up with ideas that we could add to the server or help benefit it, I am also extremly good at listening to other ideas and inputting feedback on them without hurting anyones feelings. I would love to server with the current team you have, because like I said earlier this has been a dream of mine to create something never before seen in minecraft and I feel that you guys are going to the perfect direction.
