Will you greet new people: yes like I do on every server
Do you have good grammer/spelling: yes I'm one of the best in my class
Will you abuse your powers: no, but if there is a new command I will ask one of the player if I could test the command on them.
Experience: I was an admin on 4 servers and owned 2. I have been playing minecraft since 1.5 alpha

Are you good with modern style buildings: yes I made my own hunger games map that is a future high tech redstone city.
Are you good at world edit: yes I built a huge spawn using world edit.
Will you grief?: no I won't(unless somebody is griefing somebody else then I will grief them to teach them a lesson.)
